A Microcosm of Israel’s Diversity
At Rambam, ethnic and cultural differences are honored and respected, and every individual, regardless of their background, is united in the universal mission of healing. Patients of all faiths are treated side by side, by teams drawn from every community they serve.
Humanitarian Efforts Across Israel’s Borders
From remote clinics in Uganda to earthquake-stricken communities in Turkey and many other sites around the globe, Rambam’s medical teams extend their expert care to those in need, and give vital expression to the value of “Tikkun Olam.”
Over the course of the Syrian Civil War, Rambam treated some 140 Syrian civilians caught in the crossfire.
Day by day, in gestures small and large, Rambam is a driving force promoting healing and humanitarian values in the turbulent Middle East and beyond.
When the North Needed It Most
In July 2024, when a rocket struck a soccer field in the Druze town of Majdal Shams, the wounded children were rushed to Rambam. The hospital that reflects every community of the north stood with one of them on its darkest day.
