In memory of her husband David, Bita Nuhavandi Morovati planned an emotional fundraiser on March 19, to benefit the Oncology Emergency Room at the Joseph Fishman Oncology Center.

Nearly 200 friends and gathered at the beautiful home of Avi and Roya Arshadnia in Los Angeles to create a meaningful legacy for David and to help cancer patients in Israel. Dr. Alona Zer, Director of Medical Oncology, and Sari Arshadnia, Western Region Director of American Friends of Rambam, eloquently spoke about the cause.

Funds are being raised to name the Examination Area in the soon to be built Oncology ER after David.
