Rambam Health Care Campus was recently named by LinkedIn as one of the top 25 workplaces in Israel for career growth. Rambam—which is eighth on the list—currently employs more than 5,300 people, and is one of the largest employers in Northern Israel. Other companies that made the list include Intel, Amdocs, Teva, Wix, Bank Hapoalim, IBM, and more.  A variety of sectors are represented, such as technology, healthcare, banking, insurance, and accounting.

According to the article presenting the list, the rankings are established according to “methodology that uses LinkedIn data to rank companies based on seven pillars that have been shown to lead to career progression: ability to advance; skills growth; company stability; external opportunity; company affinity; gender diversity and educational background.”
